    Sheiko is awesome for long term gains! I’m doing it mainly for bench, and I rotate between Sheiko’s bench prep routine, #30, #31, #40 and #32 before competition. I add about 5 pounds to my max between each 4 week program, but I never actually test maxes untill the test day (included in #32)

    You have to do the sets with the listed amount of reps behind them at the intensity listed behind the reps. If you have done e.g. 1 set of 3 reps at 80%, then you go on to the next one for the same exercise, e.g. 2 sets of 10 reps at 50%. So yeah, it can turn out in you doing 10 sets, but they’re all at different rep-ranges and different intensities. Hope this helped 🙂

    Guys, losing weight doesn’t have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (search on google). Seriously, that diet plan has changed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.
